AIDO message optimization

Prev Next

Learn how AIDO tests message variants and selects combinations based on campaign objectives.

Key concepts

  • Message optimization evaluates defined content alternatives against a selected campaign objective.
  •
  • Variants can differ in subject, article, wording, arrangement, or other supported elements.
  •
  • Traffic allocation and evaluation require enough eligible observations for a useful comparison.

How it works

  1. Select the objective and metric before creating variants.
  2.
  3. Define controlled alternatives that preserve legal, brand, and factual requirements.
  4.
  5. Choose the eligible audience, allocation, evaluation period, and fallback.
  6.
  7. Launch the test and monitor delivery quality and sample balance.
  8.
  9. Review the selected result and retain human authority over future reuse.

Governance and considerations

  • A statistically stronger variant is not automatically appropriate for every audience.
  •
  • Do not change multiple unrelated factors if explainability matters.
  •
  • Low volume, tracking limitations, or biased allocation can make results inconclusive.
