MARMIND is a Marketing Resource Management platform for planning marketing activities, budgets, resources, workflows, and results. Used with Elaine, it can connect the management view of a campaign with the system that prepares, personalizes, and delivers customer communication.
Scenario
A marketing team plans a campaign and coordinates its activities in MARMIND. At the defined execution stage, the integration can initiate message creation in Elaine and transfer the agreed campaign context. Elaine users then prepare content, apply personalization and audience logic, complete approval, deliver the message, and analyze engagement.
System responsibilities
| Application | Typical responsibility |
|---|---|
| MARMIND | Marketing plans, campaign structure, budgets, resources, coordination, and management reporting. |
| Elaine | Contact and audience logic, message content, personalization, approval, delivery, automation, and engagement reporting. |
Integration decisions
- Define which MARMIND object creates or updates which Elaine object.
- Map campaign identifiers, names, dates, owners, markets, and other transferred fields.
- Decide which system owns each field and how later changes are synchronized.
- Map identities, roles, permissions, workflow states, validation errors, and retries.
- Define which results return to MARMIND and at what level of aggregation.
Note
The integration is configuration-dependent. Confirm supported objects, directions, and workflow transitions with the Elaine and MARMIND product or solution teams.
