Dashboards

Prev Next

Learn how dashboards present campaign, delivery, audience, and optimization performance.

Key concepts

  • Dashboards combine selected indicators into an operational, campaign, audience, or optimization view.
  •
  • Role-specific dashboards should make exceptions and decisions visible rather than reproduce every available metric.
  •
  • Filters and date context determine which population and period the displayed values represent.

How it works

  1. Define the audience and decisions the dashboard must support.
  2.
  3. Choose a limited set of delivery, engagement, conversion, and operational indicators.
  4.
  5. Set clear labels, units, denominators, targets, and refresh expectations.
  6.
  7. Validate values against the underlying campaign statistics.
  8.
  9. Review and retire widgets that no longer support a decision.

Governance and considerations

  • A dashboard is not a substitute for investigating underlying data.
  •
  • Mixed time zones, filters, or attribution windows can make widgets appear inconsistent.
  •
  • Protect dashboards that expose personal or commercially sensitive information.

Note

Exact UI labels, availability, and behavior can depend on the Elaine.io release, licensed capabilities, permissions, and project configuration.
