Learn how to monitor campaign status, activity, errors, and results while an automation is running.
Before you start
- Campaign status indicates whether new processing can start and whether the automation is active, inactive, staged, or closed.
- Operational views show contact progression, queue activity, state distribution, errors, and recent events where supported.
- Outcome views show message, engagement, and conversion results.
Procedure
- Confirm campaign status, recent starts, and expected input volume.
- Compare state and queue counts with the normal operating range.
- Investigate stuck records, repeated errors, dependency timeouts, and unexpected branch concentration.
- Pause or stop only through an approved response procedure.
- Record the cause, affected records, remediation, and validation after recovery.
Verify and operate
- Distinguish a quiet campaign from a campaign that is not receiving events.
- Do not restart blindly when processing may already have succeeded downstream.
- Use correlation identifiers to trace one case across Elaine and connected systems.
Note
Exact UI labels, availability, and behavior can depend on the Elaine.io release, licensed capabilities, permissions, and project configuration.
