Elaine.io platform overview

Prev Next

Elaine.io is the next major generation of the Elaine platform. It combines customer data, content, automation, multi-channel activation, analytics, and governance so teams can make and execute recipient-level engagement decisions in real time, including for audiences of millions.

Hyperpersonalization engine

Elaine connects persistent profile and CRM data with transactions, behavior, web and app signals, product and content data, recommendations, and the current campaign context. Its rules, automations, APIs, and AI capabilities can determine content, offers, timing, channels, and next actions in real time while applying the configured consent, PAC, permission, and governance controls.

Smart Workspace

The Smart Workspace is the central cockpit in Elaine.io and opens automatically after sign-in. It adapts to a user's role and can be configured personally to show relevant tasks, statuses, and entry points. Users can instantly start orchestrating from the cockpit instead of navigating through deep menu structures.

Built for the AI era

Elaine.io expands AI across the platform. AIDO Copilot supports human-AI co-creation inside the user's working context, while agent-facing APIs and protocols such as MCP are designed to support collaboration with specialized internal and external agents.

The objective is practical: reduce manual effort, accelerate decisions and content production, and help marketing teams turn data and insights into coordinated engagement more efficiently.

Functional areas

Data and audiences

Manage contact records, data fields, imports, groups, filters, profiling information, consent-related data, and reusable data logic.

Content and communication

Create and manage messages, articles, templates, reusable content, personalization rules, landing pages, and transactional communication.

Campaign automation

Design automated campaign processes based on events, time, data, decisions, and contact behavior. The Campaign Designer represents these processes as connected states and transitions and can orchestrate multi-channel actions within a campaign.

Analytics and optimization

Evaluate delivery and engagement results using statistics, dashboards, conversion measurements, and exports. AIDO adds analytical and generative assistance for selected optimization scenarios.

Administration and integration

Manage tenants, users, roles, permissions, instance configuration, domains, forms, and connections to external systems.

Note

The visible platform areas and available actions depend on user permissions, licensed features, and environment configuration.
