Censhare combines Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and content management. Used with Elaine, it can provide centrally governed product information and approved media for personalized customer communication.
Use product data from Censhare
Product records maintained in Censhare can be transferred to or made available in Elaine according to the configured integration. Elaine can then use selected attributes—such as identifiers, names, descriptions, categories, prices, or asset references—as inputs for message content and campaign decisions.
Before implementation, define the product key, owning system, fields, languages, markets, update direction, schedule, deletion behavior, and fallback for unavailable or incomplete records.
Access approved assets from Elaine
An asset picker can give Elaine editors access to media managed in Censhare. This lets editors select governed assets without maintaining unrelated copies manually. The integration must preserve the identifiers and renditions needed by Elaine and account for publication status, usage rights, expiration, replacement, and access permissions.
Integration boundary
Censhare remains the source for the configured product and asset domains; Elaine uses the supplied information in communication. The supported object types, renditions, metadata, synchronization pattern, and update latency depend on the implementation.
